Our Process

Fast, simple and transparent. At Profion, we select new employees with a three-stage selection process.

1. Talk with Recruiting (virtual)

During the meeting we match our expectations with yours.

2. Talk with Management

In the second round you can expect an exchange with the management. In doing so, we go more in depth. 

3. On site appointment

For a personal meeting, we meet in our offices for further discussions and a trial work.

You convinced us and we convinced you? Then we look forward to working with you. We´ll send you an offer quickly and easily.

No. We know that the topic of occupational pension schemes is very complex. We accompany new colleagues through a thorough onboarding process and provide support through external training as needed. Depending on the position and entry level, you should have an affinity for pension products and the world of company pension plans.

No. Profion is involved in international partner networks. The mostly American partners recommend us as an implementation partner for the German market. Due to the quality of these networks and our reputation in professional circles, our customer portfolio is constantly growing. This means that our daily work focuses on customer service and not on outbound sales.

Our customers are almost exclusively multinational companies. Many of these originated in the USA. Therefore, a large part of our communication takes place in English. But don’t worry. We don’t expect you to speak English at a native level. Depending on the position and the team structure, however, your English skills should correspond to level B2 or C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

We respect our customers’ wishes for confidentiality and refrain from mentioning our customer name for marketing purposes.

We are very proud of our good corporate climate and our excellent professional reputation. We define ourselves as a brokerage and consulting house and work primarily for internationally operating companies. We do not have the typical working hours of many consulting companies, nor do we have to adapt to other time zones.
That means for you: With us, you work the usual office hours and switch flexibly between home office and office. If you need a specific work schedule, we’ll discuss it. In doing so, you wear the clothes in which you feel well represented.
