Fast, simple and transparent. At Profion, we select new employees with a three-stage selection process.
1. Talk with Recruiting Team (Virtual)
During the meeting we discuss expectations.
2. Talk with Management
You can expect to meet our management team in order to have a more in depth conversation.
3. On site appointment
Meet the team, have an interview in German, complete some practical tasks and show off your English skill.

No. We know that the topic of company pension plans is very complex and we support new colleagues with thorough onboarding and external training as needed. Depending on the position and entry level, you should have an affinity for pension products and the world of company pension plans.
No. Profion is part of international partner networks on employee benefits. Foreign partners of these networks recommend us as implementing partners in the German market. Due to the quality of these networks and our reputation in professional circles, our client portfolio is constantly growing. This means that our daily work focuses on client service.
Our clients are almost exclusively multinational companies. Many of them based in the USA. Therefore, mainly our communication with clients takes place in English. But don’t worry. We don’t expect you to speak English at a native level. However, depending on the position and the team structure, your English skills should correspond to a level B2 or C1 determined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
We respect our customers’ wishes for confidentiality and refrain from naming them for marketing purposes.

We define ourselves as a broker and consulting house and work primarily for internationally operating companies. However, we do not require you to work hours that are adapted to other time zones and outside of your normal working day.
As an employee of Profion, this means for you: you work the usual office hours and switch between home office and on site flexibly. If you need a specific working time model, we discuss this on an individual basis.
