Our Process
Fast, simple and transparent. At Profion, we select new employees with a three-stage selection process.
1. Talk with Recruiting (virtual)
During the meeting we match our expectations with yours.
2. Interview with Hiring Manager
In the second interview, you can expect an exchange with the department manager. We will go into more depth at this stage.
3. On-site appointment
Finally, we get to meet face-to-face. You will speak to the team and to the management and you will present your specialist expertise in the context of an assigned task.

No. We know that the topic of occupational pension schemes is very complex. We accompany new colleagues through a thorough onboarding process and, if necessary, support them with external training. Furthermore, our internal knowledge management is multifaceted and excellently organized. Depending on the position and entry level, you should have an affinity for pension products and the world of company pension plans.
No. Profion is involved in international partner networks. The mostly American partners recommend us as an implementation partner for the German market. Due to the quality of these networks and our reputation in professional circles, our customer portfolio is constantly growing. This means that our daily work focuses on customer service and not on outbound sales.
Our customers are almost exclusively multinational companies. Many of these originated in the USA. Therefore, a large part of our communication takes place in English. But don’t worry. We don’t expect you to speak English at a native level. Depending on the position and the team structure, however, your English skills should correspond to level B2 or C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
We respect our customers’ wishes for confidentiality and refrain from mentioning our customer name for marketing purposes.

The working hours that are very prescriptive in many consulting companies are not part of our working culture, nor is the adaptation to other time zones.
