Our Growth
In order to further expand our strong market position, we are looking for you as a specialist for claims processing in the occupational pension scheme (m/f/d) at our Munich location. You will be part of our two-person accounting team and, as an interface to our account managers and beneficiaries, will play a key role in further developing and expanding the structure of central claims processing. That’s how we work!
- Recording, processing and checking all benefit cases (pensions or lump-sum payments) in the portfolio management system
- Exchange of information and data reconciliation with all parties concerned (account management, beneficiaries, (former) employers, health insurance funds, authorities, support for the portfolio management system, tax consultant (payroll office), reinsurer)
- Maintenance, development and expansion of pensioner administration in the portfolio management system
- Control of payments via DATEV, checking and reconciliation with accounting in payment transactions
- Involvement in cross-team special projects
Your Profile
Personality > Skills
- Completed commercial training, for example in insurance, health insurance or taxation, or relevant studies or specialist further training
- Professional experience in claims processing in the life sector, ideally in occupational pension schemes with a pension service provider
- Professional experience in payroll accounting desirable
- Affinity for numbers, analytical strength and accuracy
- Independence, commitment and a high level of service orientation
- Fluent German and good English
- Proficient in the use of relevant IT applications (MS Office, portfolio management, tax and duty management, CRM systems), experience with DATEV highly desirable
