Our Growth
We are looking for you (m/f/d) in Munich to professionalize and further develop our online and offline activities in the area of Marketing & Communication. The position focuses on all internal processes and projects as well as employer branding. External product marketing is of minor importance to us. More about this in the first interview.
Your personality should be innovative and structured, with great personal drive. You will be solely responsible for the listed area and report directly to our CSO.

- Review and further development of our existing MarCom activities (homepage, materials, newsletter, digital master, events, employer branding initiatives)
- Definition of strategic goals and derivation of measures and performance criteria
- Operational implementation
- Exchange and coordination with stakeholders in the company and the parent company
- Effective management of service providers
- Internal training and presentations
Your Profile
Personality > Skills
- About 5 years of relevant practice and broad, generalist experience in MarCom (online and offline), e.g. from the agency environment
- Enjoy operational activities and at the same time have a strategic, structured way of thinking
- Very good English (C1 - C2)
- High technical affinity (in the area of applications and AI) and a certain degree of performance orientation (KPIs)
- Personality characterized by initiative and drive
